The College of Professional Ethics
The College of Professional Ethics has the attributions of a body of moral authority. It analyses and decides on the behaviour of the Associations’ members non-conform to the deontological principles, which they have to observe.
The Associations’ members with the Statutes recognise the College’s moral authority.
The College of Professional Ethics is constituted of at most five members, elected by the Council and functions at the central headquarters of AGIR, as a unique body for all the members.
The College meets on the demand of the Executive Board and presents to the Council an investigation report, during the proximal session.
The Dean of the College of Professional Ethics takes part, as invited person, at the meetings of the Executive Board and Council, with consultative vote right.
The College’s members are not part of the managing bodies of the Association.
