Individual members
The admission in the association of the individual members and associate members is made based on an application form submitted to the Association's management they choose (branch, society).
You may apply by filling in the offline application form and send it with two photos and copies of the documents concerning the higher education. All these must be sending to the organization you have chosen, with the dues also.
AGIR's members have the following rights:

a. to take part in the Association's activities, according to its objectives;

b. to be supported in practising their profession in good conditions;

c. to take part in the continuing education activities;
-
d. to be informed and to express their opinion on the A.G.I.R. activity;
-
e. to take part in the study, expertise, consultancy collectives, or to execute other engineering works according to the professional competence and capacities;

f. to benefit by the association publications in favorable conditions and to publish articles, studies etc.;

g. to write in the official and personal documents the mention as member or associate member of AGIR.
The A.G.I.R. members and associate members may be elected and have the right to elect the management of the association.
AGIR's members have the following obligations:
-
a. to recognise and to respect the Association's statutes and the engineer's Code of Ethics;

b. to take an active part in the achievement of the association's objectives;

c. not to carry out politics within in the association;
-
d. to pay the member dues.
AGIR's members lose this quality if:
-
a. they gravely infringe the statutes' and Engineer' Code of Ethics provisions;
-
b. they were definitively penal convicted for a fact commit with intention in the profession practise or laid out the interdiction to practise the profession with a final judgement;
-
c. they carry out political activities in A.G.I.R., or activities that bring prejudices to the Association's prestige;
-
d. they do not respect the conditions that stood at the basis of subscribe for in the Association;
-
e. they delay in paying the dues for two years.
This quality is suspended if the A.G.I.R. members delay in paying the dues for a year.
The decision of retiring or suspension of the quality of member is the ability of the authority that approved the admission in the association.
The appeal at the measure taken is submitted to the Executive Board of AGIR's Council, in 15 days since he take knowledge of it.
During the period when the appeal is solved, the statutory rights that were granted to them, are suspended.
AGIR's members have the right to drop out from the Association, based on an application addressed to the management of the organisation who approved it.
